I joined RNLI 1986 as part of the Fundraising Guild and have been Honorary Secretary since 1990 until 2022 where I am now the Honorary Vice President. My husband, Chris, was already on the St Catherine's crew when an invitation to join the Guild was extended to all crew wives/partners. A good friend was already a Member so that made the decision easy and we worked together for many years. When my son Edward also joined the Crew in 2001 it seemed even more right for me to be supporting them. It has been great working as a team and feeling part of the RNLI family, both locally and nationally.
